Return Process Guide
You can manage your return independently through our dedicated portal.

✉️ Enter your order details: Use your order number and the email address you used for the order.
👓Choose the reason for the return among the available options.
💰Select the return method: Refund, replacement, or gift card.
📦Return label: The return shipping label will be automatically generated and sent to you by email.

Returns
We want to ensure the utmost satisfaction to our clients' purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 30 days after the date on which you have received your order.
We will refund the amount spent for the returned goods, excluding any shipping cost and return cost, if due. For more information about the return cost, please see the table below.
N.B. In the event that the customer refuse the package at customs, and therefore it is necessary to return it to Italy, the customs clearence costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds
The refund process will take place after our staff has validated the return, within 10 working days from the moment they are delivered to our warehouse. It will be made through the same payment method used for the order.
Refund times depend on the payment method. The refunded amount will not include shipping cost and return cost and custom duties, if due.
