The glasses are amazing, however the shipping company UPS didn't do a good job, at least not for Ecuador. They didn't coordinate well with the customer and the waiting time was endless, but at least the glasses are great.
After my initial complaint about the sunglasses I received, TBD Eyewear quickly sent me a replacement pair, which arrived within just a few days and was perfect. I especially want to thank Benedetta and the customer service team for handling everything so professionally. The new sunglasses were sent first, and only afterward was I asked to return the pair I had complained about — which made the process very smooth and stress-free.

Very wide and loose fitting, even on my wife’s face that is wide and round. The bridge was also loose fitting though even as a 20mm. We have 23mm that fit better than these.
Frame was terribly wide and feels like it was used. This is the first time I have received glasses with a frame that needs to be fixed so that can fit on me. They need to pay attention to details. I was expecting much more from such a brand and this was disappointing. The frame felt like it was a store frame that everyone had tried in so it was terribly wide.

Secondo paio acquistato ed estremamente soddisfatto del prodotto. Se posso permettermi, suggerirei di velocizzare la spedizione, visto che ho aspettato ben 12 giorni prima di riceverli. Direi troppo per una spedizione in Italia.

I received my Welt sunglasses with a visibly bent frame, which was very disappointing. I tried to contact TBD Eyewear through multiple channels — via the website, Instagram profile, and email — but unfortunately, I never received any response.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact that I am a loyal customer and have purchased several TBD sunglasses in the past. I truly appreciate the brand’s design and quality, which is why this lack of customer support came as a big surprise.
I believe that this kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable, especially for a brand that positions itself as premium. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that customer service will improve in the future.
Recently I received my third World Eco - I have a Honey/Blue, Black/Red and now also a Green/Grey. (Frame/Glasses) . I love all three pairs - they are by far my nicest sunglasses - much more refined than the ones from beyond the Ocean. Think European, enjoy Italian craftmenship!
